Support Agreements can be tailored to your individual needs. There are 3 levels of support agreements on software products.
* Software Assurance Annual Support Includes 1) Upgrade subscription for new software versions as they are released (customer installed) 2) Provide technical support for the normal operation of the software 3) 10% discount on additional support projects
* Pre-Purchased Support Hours
Pre-purchased blocks of time may be purchased at a discount for on-site customer support selected from the following: Application development, User Training, Document management consulting, upgrade installations or other miscellaneous customer support. Remote support is available when on-site support is not necessary.
* Per Call Basis
Support is always available on an as needed basis as well.
